Payment Terms and Refunds

50% of the accommodation fee is taken at the time of booking with the remainder being charged 14 days prior to check in.
Please note: A $500 security bond will be taken for all bookings made directly through Swell Stayz.

This bond will be refunded 7 days after check out.
We offer a full refund Minus 5% processing fee if you cancel 14 days or more before reservation check in. If cancellation is within 14 days of check in you will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation.
